Bay Farm's admissions process is designed to acquaint applicants and families with the school program and community.
Here at Bay Farm Montessori Academy, we offer exceptional educational programming rooted in the work of Maria Montessori for students from toddlers through Middle School. Bay Farm students enjoy a strong academic program emphasizing art, music, drama, physical education, library, outdoor learning, STEM agriculture, and world language. Our well-rounded academic curriculum develops the skills and experience that enable our students to emerge as self-confident learners and leaders upon graduation.
We recognize that we may not be the best fit for every child or family. No one school is right for all children. Some children may thrive in a setting with more teacher-directed programs that offer fewer choices and a more consistent external structure. Children who are easily overstimulated, or those who tend to be overly aggressive, may be examples of children who might not adapt as easily to a Montessori program. It is important to know the needs of your child and evaluate if our program may be a good fit for them and your family.
