Bay Farm Montessori Academy is excited to announce the continuation of the Norwin Wolff Middle School Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a motivated rising 7th or 8th-grade student who would like to benefit from Bay Farm’s innovative Montessori middle school program. The selected student will have the opportunity to attend Bay Farm Montessori Academy tuition-free for two years.
Norwin Wolff and his family are cherished members of the Bay Farm Montessori Academy community. Both of Norwin’s children, Erika and Erich, attended Bay Farm Montessori Academy. Norwin Wolff served as a member of the Bay Farm Board of Trustees while Norwin’s wife, Patti, stayed involved with the school as a room parent and an active supporter of our theatre and performing arts department. Due to her own children’s experience at Bay Farm, she continues to support Bay Farm in many ways. This scholarship is aimed to provide other students with the same Bay Farm Experience her children had years ago.
Patti Wolff is also a foundational supporter of our middle school program. This scholarship opportunity is one of many significant ways the Wolff family helps make the Bay Farm Middle School experience a reality for many students.
This scholarship is being offered to a student who is new to Bay Farm Montessori Academy with the goal of providing an opportunity to take advantage of Bay Farm’s innovative middle school where students learn collaboratively through a challenging academic course load, a rich and kind social environment, complete with curriculum-based outings and, guest speakers, and an outstanding Montessori tradition.
How to Apply:
Interested families should submit an application by May 15, 2021. Select candidates will be invited to the Bay Farm campus to meet with the Norwin Wolff Scholarship Committee and the scholarship will be awarded on June 30, 2021.
